Full-Service Heavy Civil Contracting
From the first dig to the final grade, Corridor Contractors has the skills and equipment to handle every phase of your project.
Heavy civil construction demands more than a large equipment fleet, it requires deep technical knowledge, experienced project management, and a commitment to getting it right the first time. At Corridor Contractors, we've built our business around doing exactly that.
We operate as both a prime contractor and a qualified subcontractor, giving project owners and GCs a versatile, dependable partner across a broad range of civil scopes. Our team is experienced in reading the land, anticipating challenges, and delivering results that hold up over the long term.
Our work spans municipal, commercial, industrial, and transportation sectors — with a growing emphasis on heavy highway and transportation infrastructure. No matter the scope or the terrain, we show up ready.

UNDERGROUND UTILITIES — PRECISION INSTALLATION FOR MUNICIPAL & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Corridor self-performs municipal and commercial underground utility installation — water mains, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage infrastructure, and dry utility conduit networks. Our GPS-guided pipe installation provides the slope accuracy and depth control that utility systems require to function correctly long after construction is complete. Every trench is excavated in compliance with OSHA CFR 1926 Subpart P, and every utility system is tested to specification before backfill.
MASS EXCAVATION & EARTHWORK — GPS-PRECISION, SCHEDULE-DRIVEN DELIVERY
Mass excavation is the foundation of every large civil project, and the decisions made in this phase — cut/fill balance, haul distances, production equipment selection, and pre-construction planning — determine whether a project finishes on time and on budget. Corridor's GPS machine control fleet, combined with pre-construction drone survey and earthwork modeling, allows us to move significant volumes quickly while delivering the compaction and tolerance requirements your structural engineers require.
SITE DEVELOPMENT — RAW LAND TO PAD-READY UNDER ONE CONTRACT
Commercial and industrial developers choose Corridor because we deliver pad-ready sites on the schedule they need to keep their construction financing and tenant commitments on track. We self-perform clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, fine grading, and erosion control under one contract — giving developers a single point of contact and a predictable critical path from ground-breaking to pad delivery.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES — PLAN BETTER, BUILD FASTER, SPEND LESS
The most expensive civil construction mistakes happen on paper — in earthwork models that have not been validated, cut/fill balances that have not been optimized, and project phases that have not been sequenced correctly. Corridor's pre-construction services use drone survey, 3D earthwork modeling, and constructability review to identify and solve these problems before mobilization. Clients who bring us in early consistently save money and compress their schedules.
DEMOLITION & SITE CLEARING — SAFE, COMPLIANT, ON SCHEDULE
Site clearing and demolition are where projects either start right or start behind schedule. Corridor's demolition crews handle full structure demolition, selective removal, pavement and foundation breaking, underground structure abandonment, and vegetation clearing with OSHA-compliant practices and responsible material disposal. We coordinate hazardous material identification and abatement protocols from day one so that environmental compliance issues do not become schedule issues.
FINE GRADING — GPS MACHINE CONTROL FOR TIGHT TOLERANCES
Fine grading is where GPS machine control delivers its most visible value. Corridor's motor graders and compact track loaders operate with 3D grade control, achieving tolerances measured in hundredths of a foot across large commercial pads, parking areas, roadway subgrades, and athletic fields. Accurate fine grading prevents ponding, protects pavement structure, and eliminates the re-grade callbacks that erode contractor margins.
ASPHALT MILLING — COMMERCIAL & MUNICIPAL ROADWAY MILLING
Corridor provides precision cold milling for commercial parking lots, municipal roadways, and highway rehabilitation projects across Eastern Washington and the Inland Northwest. Our depth-controlled milling equipment delivers consistent removal depths for overlay preparation, full-depth reclamation, and butt joint transitions. We haul milled material and coordinate recycling in compliance with DOT and municipal specifications.
TRUCKING & HEAVY HAUL — FLEET-SCALE MATERIAL TRANSPORT
Corridor's trucking fleet — articulated off-road haul trucks, end dump and belly dump highway trucks, and lowboy equipment transporters — is integrated into every project from day one. We do not treat hauling as an afterthought. Haul cycles, road conditions, load limitations, and staging areas are planned in pre-construction so that material movement never becomes the critical path constraint on your earthwork schedule.
HEAVY HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION — DOT-GRADE TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR WORK
Corridor's heavy highway team delivers earthwork, drainage, and subgrade preparation for transportation corridors, interchanges, and roadway rehabilitation projects across the Inland Northwest. We are pre-qualified with the Washington State Department of Transportation and hold active licenses with ITD and MDT. Our OSHA/MSHA-certified crews, SWPPP-compliant operations, and DOT documentation practices meet every requirement that comes with public roadway contracts.
WHY CORRIDOR CONTRACTORS FOR YOUR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
One Contractor. Complete Project Scope. No Coordination Gaps.
When one contractor self-performs the full scope of civil work, there is a single chain of accountability from clearing to final grade. No finger-pointing between subs. No schedule gaps while waiting for one trade to finish before the next can begin. No markup on markup. Corridor's clients get a single contract, a single schedule, and a single point of contact who owns the outcome.
Licensed in Washington, Idaho, Montana & Oregon
Corridor holds active general contractor licenses in all four states of the Inland Northwest and Pacific Northwest region. Our multi-state licensing allows us to pursue and self-perform work across the full geography our clients operate in — without requiring them to manage separate prime contractors in each jurisdiction.
AGC Member — Pre-Qualified for Municipal & DOT Projects
Corridor Contractors is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America. Our AGC membership, combined with our DOT pre-qualification status with WSDOT, ITD, and MDT, positions us as a qualified prime contractor for public infrastructure and transportation projects that require demonstrated financial stability, bonding capacity, and safety compliance.
