I90 Lookout Pass to Taft

With the 2024 season completion of the eastbound direction a multiple miles of highway reconstruction, Corridor will tackle the westbound lanes this 2025 season alongside Acme Concrete Paving.

Bunker Hill Mine - Kellogg, ID

Our crew continues to work on upgrades across the property including utility upgrades, mass excavation, and building demolition. Work is expected to transpire through the 2025 season.

District on the River Apartments

Located beneath the Hamilton Bridge and close to the Spokane River, this project consists of new underground utilities, four new buildings, courtyards, and parking lots. Construction is expected to be completed in 2024.

Spokane International Airport - Concourse C TREX

As part of the Spokane Airport expansion plan, this concourse C addition scope of work includes demolition, bldg. excavation, underground utilities, and major site improvements. Construction is expected to occur through 2025 as part of the major airport improvement project.

Camas Meadow Park Development (West Plains)

We officially broke ground on the project on September 25th. The construction team is busy working on the grading and utility work that is part of the early site package.

Spokane Falls Community College - Fine Arts Building

Construction for this project is expected to be complete in summer of 2023. Scope of work includes site demolition, underground utilities, building excavation, new parking lots and site improvements.

Sawtooth Apartments

These new apartment projects are located in Post Falls, ID. Our scope of work includes underground utilities, site and building excavation, and new parking lot areas. Construction is expected to be complete in 2023.

Sacajawea Middle School

Located on the south hill in Spokane, this project consists of demolition of the existing school, mass grading, adjacent road improvements, underground utilities, building excavation, major site improvements, and new parking lots. Construction is expected to finish in the summer of 2023.

City of Spokane - Ray St from Hartson Ave to 11th

Work included demolition of the existing 36" watermain, improvements to underground utilities and reconstruction of a new 36" watermain. Project was completed at the end of 2024.

Kittitas Reclamation District - South Branch Canal

Major earthwork and irrigation canal improvements in Ellensburg, WA. Scope of work included misc. demolition, irrigation turnouts, installation of 72" corrugated pipe, & adjacent road improvements. Overall project length in 2024 included 4 miles of extensive infrastructure construction.

Peperzak Middle School

As the earthwork and underground utility subcontractor, the project consisted of demolition of the existing perimeter roads, utility construction, building excavation, neighboring dog park and a new parking lot with bus loop.

Cheney Purple Pipe Project - Phase 1

This project was completed for City of Cheney in the fall of 2024. Construction included boring under 3 sets of railroad tracks through solid basalt rock to install a new 18" reclaimed water line and fiber conduit inside steel casing.

Pauline Flett Middle School

Recently completed middle school project consisting of a 140,000 SF building, sports fields, parking lots, underground utilities, and city street improvements. Mass grading and overall site improvements to over 60 acres total, located in NW Spokane.

City of Spokane - Wellesley Ave Phase 2 Haven St to Market St

In conjunction with the North South Corridor construction in north Spokane, this city project includes demolition and replacement of the underground utilities, roadway intersections, traffic signals, and pedestrian access routes. Construction is expected to start spring of 2023 and complete in the fall.

Joe Albi Stadium Demolition

Corridor helped complete the overall infill of the void created following the demolition of Spokane's most historic sport stadium venues. This project was a major undertaking while simultaneously constructing the adjacent middle school.

Ridgeline High School

Construction of a new high school located near Liberty Lake, WA. Major improvements to the 68 acre parcel occurred over a 2 year period and included mass grading, new building excavation, sports fields, parking lots, and access roads onto campus.

Magnesium Apartments

New construction a multi-family complex consisting of fourteen apartment buildings. Scope included demolition of existing structures, abatement, utility relocations, new utility infrastructure located near north Spokane.
